D. Craig Olivier is a native Houstonian. He graduated from Westchester High School in May of 1970, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Houston in May of 1974, and thereafter, graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in May of 1977, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers.
Mr. Olivier was recruited out of law school by the Houston firm of Vinson & Elkins, where he worked as an associate trial attorney for six years, handling primarily, as lead lawyer, a large docket of insurance defense matters. In December 1983, Mr. Olivier left Vinson & Elkins in order to focus on the representation of plaintiffs in various litigation areas.
Since becoming licensed to practice law in November, 1977, Mr. Olivier has represented parties in numerous District Courts around the State of Texas, in its Courts of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of Texas. Mr. Olivier is a member of The State Bar of Texas; American Bar Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Olivier is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization, November 1983-present. In 2002, Mr. Olivier was elected by his peers to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Dennis R. Mundy
Dennis Mundy was a decorated Police Officer with the Fairfax County Police Department in Fairfax County, Virginia. He was injured on the job and subsequently moved to Spring, Texas in 1983. Dennis attended the University of Houston and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in May of 1986.
He then attended South Texas College of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in December of 1988.
Dennis has been licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice law in the State of Texas since May of 1989. He is a named partner in the law firm of Olivier & Mundy, L.L.P. He has offices in the City of Tomball as well as downtown Houston. He has represented parties in numerous District Courts around the State of Texas, in its Courts of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of Texas. Mr. Mundy is a member of The State Bar of Texas; Houston Bar Association; American Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Nancy M. Conaway
Nancy Conaway, a native Texan, grew up in Tomball, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in May 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. While at UST, she was honored with memberships in the Aquinas Honor Society, Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society) and Phi Sigma Tau (Philosophy Honor Society).
Thereafter, Ms. Conaway attended the University of Houston Law Center and obtained the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 1994. She was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in November of the same year.
Following three years of practice in the area of family law, Ms. Conaway joined the firm of Olivier & Mundy, L.L.P. in August 1997 and now practices in the area of personal injury law.
Ms. Conaway is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association. As a family law practitioner, Ms. Conaway provided free legal services through the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Jana O. Salinger
Ms. Salinger moved to Houston from Durango, Colorado at the age of 9. Following graduation from Westchester High School, she attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a BA degree in Government in 1979. Thereafter, Ms. Salinger attended the University of Houston College of Law. She graduated in 1982 and was admitted to practice law in Texas that same year.
Following law school, Jana moved to Corpus Christi, Texas and worked for Bonilla, Bonilla, Reid & Berlanga, Inc., a small general practice firm, and was involved with both a plaintiff’s civil docket, as well as a criminal defense docket. In December 1983, Ms. Salinger relocated to South Carolina, where she was admitted to practice law in 1984. During her seven years of legal practice in South Carolina, she worked first as an Assistant Public Defender, and later as a Deputy Public Defender for Charleston County, representing indigent clients accused of offenses ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder.
In 1991, Ms. Salinger returned to Houston and began practicing primarily personal injury litigation, including mass tort/breast implant litigation and claims dockets. In 1999, she joined Olivier & Mundy, L.L.P. and practices exclusively plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.
Currently, she is licensed to practice law both in South Carolina and Texas.
